SHIPPING:

US Priority Mail Delivery

Purchased items will be sent by USPS Priority Mail Delivery

Free shipping on orders over $100.00

Single Item Purchases, (excluding items over $100.00):
Priority Mail Delivery – padded envelope rates: $8.75

Two or more items, (excluding total cost or items over $100.00):
Priority Mail Delivery – medium sized box rates: $14.50

 

RETURN POLICY:

Handmade products do have variations in size and style.  This is a natural occurrence and the nature of handmade.  No two designs will be exactly alike, giving you a lasting one-of-a-kind product to treasure for years to come.  If you are looking for specific dimensions or colors on a product, please contact me before purchasing so I can assist you in finding the right fit. 

Please use care when opening your parcel as to not damage your new purchase.  Customers are responsible for the items they receive.
Please make sure to follow the care instructions provided on the website.
  shuttle & loom is not liable for any damages that occur due to improper care.  

Due to the nature of the goods, returns or exchanges are not available unless the delivered product has been damaged during shipping.
This does not affect your statutory rights. 

If you receive a damaged parcel, take a photo of the damaged packaging and the item.  Please contact me immediately.  Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt of goods for it to be accepted. 

Returns of damaged items will only be considered if they are their original, unused, and unwashed condition with all hang tags, including the photo(s) showing the package & item damage and a copy of your email receipt.

Please note that we charge a $15.00 return shipping fee.  We do not refund original shipping costs, if applicable.  If your item does not meet the above criteria or is deemed to be in a damaged condition (not caused by the original shipping), we will ship it back to you and you will not be issued a refund.  shuttle & loom is not responsible for damaged or lost items during return transit, nor for returns outside of our return policy.  

 

REFUND POLICY:

An email will be sent once the item has arrived back to shuttle & loom. Please allow between 10-15 business days for it to be processed and refunded.
